Your satisfaction is our priority.  Our Return Policy allows for purchased items to be returned within 30 days date of purchase with original packaging and a valid receipt or account look-up. 

Special Holiday Return Policy: Premium electronics purchased from November 1 - December 25 may be returned by January 31 with original packaging and a valid receipt or account look-up.

Please be advised that we may limit or decline a return based on our refund verification system.

In-store Purchases

Returning to a Bark ‘n Baby Gift’s Store?

·         With an original receipt, you'll get a refund or even exchange. If you paid with a check, you may get a Merchandise Credit, cash or a Corporate Refund. With a gift receipt, you'll get an even exchange or a Merchandise Credit.

·         Without a receipt, our stores offer great prior purchase look-up options. If we cannot locate your original purchase and/or for non-receipted returns, information from your valid ID will be stored to monitor your return activity. You will receive a Bark ‘n Baby Gift’s Merchandise Credit based on a discounted lowest 13-week sale price of the item(s). Additional processing may be required.

Returning by Mail?
We can't accept returns by mail for items purchased in a store. Please return store purchases to the Customer Service Desk of any Bark ‘n Baby Gift’s store.

Gift Cards
We're sorry, but gift cards cannot be returned.

Electronic Devices
When returning any electronic devices, including smart watches, please remember to remove your personal data and information.

Returning to a Bark ‘n Baby Gift’s Store?

Returning online purchases in-store is the quickest way to receive your refund or credit. Just bring the item and your order invoice to the Customer Service Desk of any Bark ‘n Baby Gift’s store. If you need to, you can reprint a copy of your purchase invoice. Just log into your shopping account.

If you'd rather return by mail, follow these 3 easy steps:

1. PrintLog into your shopping account to reprint your order invoice.

2. PackFill out the return form that was included in your package and place it, your order invoice, and the item you want to return in a sturdy box.

3. Ship. Send your package back to us. (Ask for a tracking number on higher priced returns.)
